Beauty Through Science by Akademikliniken
Beauty through Science is the largest aesthetic medicine congress in Scandinavia, hosted by Per Hedén and Akademikliniken.
The congress takes place each year in Stockholm, Sweden. In 2017, more than 900 aesthetic specialists (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic nurses, skincare therapists etc.) from 58 different countries gathered to exchange knowledge, discover new techniques and ideas, and network.
The congress also includes an exhibition with representatives from the aesthetic industry.

Akademikliniken fellowship programme
For many years, specialists and residents in plastic surgery have come to Akademikliniken for either a short visit or longer stay. This has given them the unique possibility to experience and appreciate the clinic’s vast knowledge and expertise in the field of plastic surgery.
Due to the excellent feedback we have received from former residents as well as the great interest shown from around the world, we have now decided to introduce a formal Fellowship Programme.
